Broadleaf Property Management currently manage numerous developments throughout Northern Ireland. All grounds maintenance is carried out by Broadleaf Property Management, so we are perfectly placed to ensure that the highest standards of care and maintenance are being adhered to. Situated on the outskirts of Gilford, The Barns is a beautiful group of 13 dwellings in a Courtyard setting in an attractive rural location.  
Perfectly located on the outskirts of Portadown, Lynedale Manor is a development of 41 detached dwellings. The development benefits from a large amenity open space area to the front of the development. Broadleaf recently took on management of this development in August 09. 
By the award winning Dingles builders, Limewood is an impressive development of 150 dwellings. Broadleaf were appointed agent in May 2009 and have greatly enhanced the value of the development by replacing numerous trees that had been vandalized and improving the aesthetic of the shrub beds with a fresh layer of bark mulch.  
Lagan view is a beautiful development of 24 Detached and Semi-detached dwelling which enjoys a beautiful setting right on the banks of the River Lagan. The open space consists of mature shrub beds at the site entrance and a large beautifully maintained grassed area which sweeps down to the River. Please scroll over images to view.  
After considerable hard work and effort, Broadleaf Property Management have brought this development from a state of abandonment to the present. Now, the development is unrecognisable and the Homeowners have a development in which they can take pride in. Phase 2 comprising 18 units has not been started to date, but hopefully some progress on site should be made soon. 
Clarefield is a supremely located development, located in Killyman just outside Dungannon. Phase 1 is complete with Phase 2 well under way. There are considerable areas of well landscaped open space throughout the development.
