Having gained a Diploma in Estate Management at Belfast Metropolitan College, Ross went on to study at the University of Ulster, Jordanstown, graduating with a BSc Hons Degree in property, investment and development. After graduating, Ross was employed by a large Property Development Company specializing in the Residential market.  

After gaining a BSc Hons Degree in Conservation Management and Environmental Science at the University of Stirling, Andrew went on to gain further qualifications in Amenity Horticulture. More recently, and prior to setting up Broadleaf with Ross McCandless, Andrew managed a small Building Company speciailzing in residential schemes and one off new builds.
